no doubt it is, but maybe we shld be more 'educated' in this area.

so wat is abortion?
ending a pregnancy early before the foetus can survive outside the womb.
it simply means taking away the right for a life to be formed - MURDER???
sometimes pple r kind of skeptical abt abortion, saying it's not right, it's cruel and blah blah blah... but think carefully, if one is not even financially stable, how is he/she going to provide a comfortable life for the child? worse still, parents can't accept their daughters being pregnant before marriage, so how to keep the child? that leaves wif no other choice but abortion?!
i'm not saying that it's 100% right to abort but we haf to analyse the situation. if everything falls in place - acceptance from parents, ready to set up a family wif substantial financial support etc. etc. etc. go ahead and give a life.
next qns pple will ask, if one knows he/she is not ready, y get involved in pre-marital sex? c'mon, try finding a 15-yr old virgin nowadays, dun think it's even easy.
I'M NOT TRYING TO ENCOURAGE PRE-MARITAL SEX HERE, DUN GET THE WRONG IDEA!!!
pls stop condemning those who haf been thru abortion... it's not an easy process at all. not only r they physically hurt, the mental stress is unbearable too. and they definitely need more support than anyone else.

is the topic scary? oh yes it is, to me that is! haha! it is one of the topics of discussion that makes me shiverrrr! i remember vaguely, there was an 'Abortion' video shown by one of my teachers in my class(back in sec sch). thank goodness, when the video was shown, i was not in class; had to attend another lesson in another class. PHEW~! i would rather read it than to watch it. and reading means without any 'gruesome-bloody-phobia triggers-pictures'. maybe, simple illustrations like, scientific diagrams will do. hah! sounds so noob. :D phobia ah!
abortion has its pros and cons.
some women had to undergo abortion due to health issues; thus, it is essential for them. others, maybe, due to some personal reasons.
abortion has its wide angle of justification. it can conclude to even religious issues when comes to debates on abortion.
yes dear, there's so many reasons for abortion. and it's definitely not an easy decision to make coz no matter wat, u know u r killing ur own child.
but sometimes there's juz no other way out.
i dunno if i should say im lucky that i didnt get pregnant when i had unprotected sex or unlucky because im physically weak.
a lot of factors have to be taken into consideration as the baby is the innocent one!!
i vividly recalled that my mum told me she would ask me to abort if i ever get pregnant at the age of 15? firstly, im def too young to take care of the baby myself! besides, the guy might not be mature enough to support a family!
i think sex education is extremely impt in today's context. be it taught by school teachers or parents. we just have to get the message right. otherwise, the kids would think we are "encouraging" them to have sex and if we refuse to educate them abt sex, they tend to be curious resulting in unwanted pregnancy! ):
