i've been having headache quite frequently, today again. :(
i hate panadols!!!!!!!! well, not that i hate it but i juz dunno how to swallow pills. (yes, go ahead and laugh at me) *bleah*
but took one juz now, no choice, the pain was like killing me anytime soon.

Dont eat too much panadols. No good! =)
i usually dun take panadols unless the pain is really intense. so it's actually like the last resort.
